Questions

Good to know before you enquire

Can I switch accountants partway through the year?

Yes. We contact your previous accountant, gather the records we need and pick up from where things were left. There's no need to wait until year-end.

What format do my records need to be in?

Whatever you have is a good place to start, whether that's accounting software, spreadsheets or a folder of receipts. We'll suggest simple improvements as we go.

How are fees worked out?

Fees depend on the services you need and how complex your records are. After the introductory call, you'll receive a written, fixed-fee proposal before any work begins.

Do we need to meet in person?

Not at all. Most clients work with us through video calls and secure document sharing. In-person meetings can be arranged when they're more helpful.
